Harry M. Tsumas

Harry M. Tsumas, managing partner and owner of Tsumas Real Estate and Development and has been associated with the company since 1996. He is a graduate of East Carolina University with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology. He is a third generation native of Statesville.

Harry served as Vice President of Administration for American Concrete Inc. from 1991 to 1996 and Vice President of American Concrete's Statesville Division from 1989 to 1991.

Harry has been a member and/or served on the board of the following:

Harry has over 20 years experience in the industry and has completed many projects in the area, including the following commercial site, Lake Norman Industrial Park, South East Industrial Park, East Iredell Business Park, Morlake Executive Suites, Morlake Self Storage and Morrison Executive Suites. Residential sites include; Mulberry Commons, Oak Creek, Magnolia Glen, Vintage Place and Beverly Heights.

Harry is a member of the First Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon and Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee as well as serving on the Business Management Committee.

Harry and his wife Ellen have three talented and energetic daughters.
