Every neighborhood is built on ideas and views shared by the founding developers. Magnolia Glen is no different. Several different proposals were presented as the conceptual framework was built. Each of the developers brought a unique and professional perspective to this process. After meeting and exchanging ideas, it became clear that Magnolia Glen was destined to become a premier community in Statesville.

An architect was hired to start the process of designing some potential products that would blend in with traditional Statesville architecture. Focus groups were invited to a series of planning sessions to determine which products they liked most and which features they wanted to see in a home. In addition to designing the homes, the architect and developers looked at the overall site and tried to incorporate a sense of security and beauty in the project. The brick wall was designed and a natural wooded area was preserved to enhance the project.

From the initial vision in 2001, to what you see today, Magnolia Glen has arrived.
